Jessica is President of Accelerated Team Dynamics, LLC (ATD), a certified women-owned business dedicated to getting employees placed in the right positions by coaching companies, churches and candidates. It’s where Competence + Character + Chemistry makes the right Culture Match. ATD is comprised of 3 areas: Training and Development, LTDStaffing (recruiting and staffing for companies), Thrive139 (hiring, organizational development, people development for churches).
Jessica is also Executive Director of Career Connectors, a community outreach program dedicated to connecting Real People to Real Careers that has helped over 6000 professionals in career transition.
She is a known speaker, trainer, career transition and hiring/staffing expert. Jessica brings a strong corporate background in organizational development techniques, career coaching, DISC behavioral assessment, training and development, pre-employment assessments, outplacement services and hiring. She has presented to over 50,000 people in the last 5 years on topics such as career transition, behaviors, communication, hiring and social media.
In 2011, Jessica was named as one of Phoenix’s 40 Under Forty, the premier program honoring the best young leaders in the Phoenix metro market and then also an award nominee for the 2011 Phoenix Chamber of Commerce’s Athena Awards. In 2012, she spoke at The White House in the Forum on Job Clubs in The United States, her focus being on employer engagement. Then in 2013, she was an award recipient by the Arizona Foothills for Women Who Move the Valley.
Jessica is a certified trainer with the City of Phoenix and Maricopa County. Her workshops include Twitter: The Hidden Job Market, LinkedUp on LinkedIn, Branding Yourself Online and Resumes that Rock.
